If you live in the Denver metro area and are looking for a church, we invite you to visit us for worship, to share in love that is the community of God, and find ways to meaningfully connect. We have an open table where all are invited to receive communion.
For Sunday evening liturgy, complimentary free parking is available in the lot immediately to the south of the building (1555 Pearl) and across the street (1598 Pearl). All other lots in the surrounding area (including 1574 Pennsylvania) are pay lots. The current rate is $7.50/spot and is paid in cash at the pay box. We know it sucks, but pay attention to signs to avoid getting a ticket (and do not park in any spot that says "No Church Parking"). Street parking is free on Sunday evenings (except on Colfax Av.). During weekday church events like Bible Stories for Grownups or Matins, please park on the street or in the spots labeled "Reserved DCC" on the southside of the building. For feast days (like the Easter Vigil) and large weekday events, parking will be reserved and well marked. If you have any questions about parking, send us an email
or ask one of the hosts at the front door.
At HFASS, we are committed to welcoming the stranger and invite you to join us for liturgy. Whether you're looking for a church home or are just passing through town, you are welcome to pray and sing with us at any time. However, if you're simply curious about how we do things or want to bring a group to learn about HFASS, please know that our priority is to make space for residents of the Denver Metro area who need a sanctuary to call home. While we won't turn anyone away, we hope to reserve as much space as possible for local folks in a position to build an ongoing relationship with us.
If you are interested in bringing a group to HFASS, shoot us an email
first. We try and space out visits from groups and we ask that group members actively participate and disperse among the worshipping body. We simply ask that you help us maintain HFASS as a congregation that, first and foremost, serves the local community.
We are blessed with a pastor whose message is heard around the world and we are happy to be generous in sharing her. However, Pastor Nadia needs to connect with us, her congregation, and so we humbly ask that she be our pastor and not a public figure on Sundays at worship. (To be clear—if you find yourself among us, we welcome you. If you have questions about HFASS, feel free to talk to Pastor Reagan (the short one) or pull aside one of our regular attenders.)
If you are wanting to hear Nadia preach or speak, you can check out her speaking schedule here
. You can also subscribe to our podcast and follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our desire to be a local congregation rather than a destination church.
May God bless and keep you,
House for All Sinners and Saints
